Request extra towels before your stay. the shower drainage issue made it necessary to have a few on hand for mopping.

impressive cleanliness

The location is perfect, right at the bottom of the 199 steps! The room was impressively clean and had everything we needed, including a kettle and hairdryer. Communication was spot on, with the hosts providing clear instructions for a smooth check-in. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

Great spot in Whitby!

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The place is super close to everything in old Whitby. Pubs right near by and an easy walk to the main area. The shower was lovely, and those beds? So comfy! Only thing was the parking was a bit of a hassle, but manageable. Good coffee shops around too!

It was just a balanced option for a weekend getaway in Whitby with excellent value for money. The owner was quick to resolve our key access issue, which was appreciated. Be aware that there are no kitchen facilities available in the room.
